Zoe also offers group matwork Pilates at Croydon Reading Rooms, check the schedule for timings.

The Pilates reformer is a piece of exercise equipment that was created by Joseph Pilates. It consists of a sliding carriage, adjustable resistance springs, and various handles and straps.

The reformer is designed to provide a full-body workout that improves strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness.

Today, the reformer remains a popular tool in the world of Pilates, helping people of all ages and fitness levels achieve their fitness goals.

The reformer provides a better understanding of your body's proprioception, which is the awareness of your body's position in space.

By working with the resistance of the springs and straps, you can fine-tune your movements and engage the deeper muscles that are essential for good movement patterns.
